Supplies you’ll need to make a double-sided laundry room sign:
- Double-Sided Box Frame
- “Sole Mates” Chalk Couture Transfer
- Black Velvet Chalkology Paste
- Bright White Chalkology Paste
- Small Squeegee
- Transfer Trimmers
Start by cutting the “Sole Mates” Transfer to separate the two designs.
You’ll notice that the box frame has a white side and a natural wood side.
The first side I used was the white side with black paste and the “Laundry” transfer design.
Use the black paste and small squeegee to cover the entire design.
Remove the transfer to reveal what you’ve created!
PRO TIP: Immediately take your transfer over to the sink and rinse off all of the paste left behind. Let the transfer dry and you’ll be able to re-use it for future projects. If properly cared for, you should be able to use your transfers about 10-12 times.
For side two, I used black paste for the border of the transfer.
Then, I used white paste for the center design elements.
You can see where I placed each paste color below.
Again, remove the transfer to see your final design.
Here’s the finished product!
What a fun and easy way to dress up your laundry room
