Here’s what you’ll need to make your own Hello Pumpkin Door Hanger:
- Hello Pumpkin Door Hanger Kit
- Tobacco Road Voodoo Gel
- Anchor Silk All-In-One Mineral Paint
- Whitecap Silk All-In-One Mineral Paint
- Paint Brush
- Gorilla Super Glue
This project starts with the Hello Pumpkin Door Hanger kit from Twin Knobs Woodworks. Get all of your Fall home décor blanks from Twin Knobs by shopping HERE!
First, use Tobacco Road Voodoo Gel to stain the outside decorative portion of the door hanger. I used a clean cloth to do this step.
Next, use a makeup sponge to paint the words Hello Pumpkin with the color Anchor.
While the decorative portion and the words are drying, paint the base of the door hanger with the color Whitecap.
Apply 1-2 layers of the paint, depending on the coverage you want.
Can you believe we only needed three products to complete this project. Feel free to change up the colors to fit your style!
Once dry, use super glue to piece everything together.
Here’s the finished product! I love this simple combination of colors.
While this may be called a door hanger, it can be hung anywhere!
